About the client

Intuit is a global finacial software company certified as a Great Place to Work 4 years in a row. They operate a number of platforms, both B2B and B2C like TurboTax, QuickBooks, Mint, Credit Karma, and Mailchimp, that are targeted at SMEs, enterprises and individuals.

Problem

Intuit's India and global teams needed creative support for their internal and external branding efforts. While their internal marketing and design teams are top-notch, specialized skills and bandwidth constraints required additional resources.

Their requirements were very specific. The annual Great Place to Work audit required a 500-page report to be submitted. Every quarter, their global team needed multiple 10-page emailers designed and proofread.

Retaining an agency didn't make sense. Hiring freelance talent for these requirements was a challenge.
